2. Services

We offer personalized legal assistance for real estate transactions, including contract review, due diligence and advisory sessions.

2.1 Fees

Service fees are based on scope and complexity. Details are provided before engagement.

2.2 Refund Policy for Services

Clients may cancel or reschedule a service appointment without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or may be applied toward a rescheduled service appointment.

Cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund due to allocation of professional resources. Rescheduling within less than 48 hours is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

In the unlikely event that LawNowDeal is unable to deliver a service, a full refund will be issued automatically.

3. Digital Information Products

Digital products include e-books, guides and templates provided in electronic format.

3.1 Purchase Conditions

Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

3.2 Refund Policy for Digital Products

Requests for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via the Contact Form. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. After accessing or downloading the product, items are not eligible for refund.

4. Physical Products

Physical products include printed guides and materials.

4.1 Delivery and Inspection

Items are shipped within 5 business days. Clients should inspect items upon receipt.

4.2 Returns and Refunds for Physical Products

Physical products may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt of returned items to the original payment method. Exchanges or rescheduled deliveries are available for defective items.

5. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Appointments may be scheduled via the Contact Form. Rescheduling requests must follow the timelines described under Section 2.2.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawNowDeal shall not be liable for indirect or consequential outcomes arising from use of our services or products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
